11, September 2022 - Fr. James "Jim" Heft SM was the lead presenter at the PROVISIONAL Member 2022 Retreat at the beautiful Franciscan San Damiano Retreat Center in Danville, CA. There were 40 members of the Order attending from all Locations, even Hawaii. Fr. Steven Barber SJ, Phoenix, and Fr. James Moore OP, San Francisco, attended as future Chaplains in the Order. The purpose of the event was to get the Provisionals to get to know Jesus, His Church, His Mother, His Order, and one another more deeply.

It was successful! Each of the attendees were touched and moved; even Fr. Jim.

"It's NOT a retreat until I weep!" stated BOOTs! from Phoenix. "It was a retreat!" he conceded.

Patricia Phillips, Phoenix, joined in that sentiment as well as others. Everyone is excited about the Investiture in Anaheim this November.
