This Fall pilgrimage is an inspirational journey of faith and service in Mexico City, Mexico.
The pilgrims serve the poor and the sick at various charities of the Mexican Association.
On the Annual Day of the Sick, we serve the infirm who come to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe at a Mass of Anointing of the Sick.
