High school students, ages 16-18, work alongside the volunteers of the Hospitalité Notre Dame de Lourdes in a week of service, spiritual growth, and fellowship. Among the adult leaders are Knights, Dames, and a Chaplain from the Order of Malta.
The group travels together from Los Angeles (LAX) to Lourdes. They participate in an orientation program by the Hospitalité Notre Dame de Lourdes. In Lourdes, they assist those in need of care on their pilgrimage to Lourdes at the train station, airport, at the Domaine and at the Grotto.
There are numerous spiritual activities, including:
morning and evening prayer,
Stations of the Cross,
praying the Rosary in procession,
and evening reflections.
Cultural activities include:
a tour of the village of Lourdes,
a day-long hike,
a picnic at a French National Park,
and a visit to Paris.

"Return To Lourdes”, follows the Order of Malta Western Association on pilgrimage to Lourdes in September 2021. Lourdes, in southern France, is one of the most visited shrines in the world and the second most popular tourist destination in France.
