Dear Knights and Dames, Chaplains, and Provisional Members,

We would like to extend a personal invitation to travel to Green Bay, Wisconsin from August 4-7, 2022 for the Annual Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, the ONLY Catholic Church sanctioned Mary apparition site in the United States.

Provisionals shall be given priority sign up privileges with early registration opening on March 7, 2022. As Provisionals, your attendance on either the Lourdes Pilgrimage, Our Lady of Guadalupe or Our Lady of Good Help is required prior to investiture.

Here are a few details you will want to consider before you make your final decision to join us on this amazing trip.

Travel Arrangements will be up to the individual(s) or families and will need to be made on your own.

REGISTRATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE, INCLUDING HOTEL RESERVATIONS.

Registration fee:

Adult Pilgrims 18 years of age and above = $450 per person
Youth Pilgrims 2-17 years of age = $150 per person
Pilgrims under the age of 2 are FREE

We are continuing to offer special family pricing: youth pilgrims 17 and under at a discounted price to encourage members to bring their children and grandchildren. All youth will have assignments such as serving masses, leading processions, and assisting our Priests and Bishops in spiritual events that take place in Green Bay.  The Blessed Mother said, “…teach the children.”

THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER JUNE 1, 2022

Registration fee includes: lunch and dinner daily in the hotel and at the various sites, round-trip transportation from the hotel to Our Lady of Good Help, Pilgrimage Medals, ballcaps/visors, and other materials you will receive when you check in onsite.

Hotel rates: $98- breakfast is half off the published price and includes complimentary parking. The Order of Malta special rate is available Wednesday, August 3 through Sunday, August 7. Please register EARLY to ensure availability of room preference. Double Queen Suites are the standard and room sharing is a viable option with adequate room for families. There is a minimal extra charge per night for 3 or more persons in a room. Rooms are quite large, with a sitting room, pull out sofa bed, wet bar, coffee bar, microwave, and mini- fridge.

Once registration is complete, you will be sent the passkey to make online hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Green Bay.

Uniform requirements: All pilgrims will wear a uniform throughout the pilgrimage. Men wear a white shirt with Western Association patch, black trousers, and black shoes. Ladies wear a black tank/tee with black pants/skirt or black dress with white blouse, Malta scarf, and black shoes. Robes, Capes and decorations are required for Knights and Dames. A uniform order link will be sent to you once your registration is complete.
